If you are not satisfied with Smooth Operator OS for any reason within 30 days of your purchase, email us and we will refund you in full. No questions asked.
Smooth Operator OS comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy with the product for any reason within 30 days of your original purchase date, send us an email at info@smoothoperatoros.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your purchase email address. We will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
There are no eligibility requirements, usage thresholds, or hoops to jump through. If you are within 30 days and you want a refund, you get one.
The White-Glove Claude Installation is an optional add-on service. Once the installation session has been delivered and completed, the installation fee is non-refundable. If your installation session has not yet been scheduled or delivered, you may request a refund of the installation fee by emailing info@smoothoperatoros.com.
Purchasing the White-Glove Installation does not affect your 30-day guarantee on the core Smooth Operator OS product. The core product remains fully refundable within the 30-day window regardless of whether you also purchased the installation add-on.
