Smooth Operator OS is a digital product sold by Raw Marketing Group, a Nevada-based company. The product is a Claude plugin (a set of AI agent instructions and workflows) that provides small business owners with an AI executive team. By purchasing or using Smooth Operator OS you agree to these Terms of Service.

Smooth Operator OS is delivered as a digital product. Your purchase is a one-time payment that grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your own business operations, including all future updates released during the life of the product.
This license is for your own business only. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, share, or transfer the product to any third party. If you wish to use Smooth Operator OS for client businesses or to white-label and resell it, you must purchase a separate agency or white-label license. Contact info@smoothoperatoros.com for licensing options.
White-Glove Claude Installation is an optional paid add-on service. When purchased, a member of the Raw Marketing Group team will personally install and configure Smooth Operator OS inside your Claude account, connect your tools, and run your first workflow with you live. This service is separate from the core product license and is subject to scheduling availability.
You agree to use Smooth Operator OS only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use the product to:
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on the core Smooth Operator OS product. If you are not satisfied within 30 days of your purchase, email info@smoothoperatoros.com and we will process a full refund, no questions asked. The White-Glove Installation add-on is non-refundable once the installation session has been delivered. The 30-day guarantee on the core product still applies regardless of whether you also purchased the installation add-on.
Smooth Operator OS is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Raw Marketing Group makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the product. Your use of the product is at your sole risk. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue, or results from using Smooth Operator OS.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Raw Marketing Group, its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Smooth Operator OS, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
All content, systems, prompts, and materials comprising Smooth Operator OS are the intellectual property of Raw Marketing Group. These Terms grant you a limited license to use the product and do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Nevada, USA.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms at this URL with a revised effective date. Continued use of the product after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
